That's a pretty beastly AC unit. I would think it would be enough without air cooled hoods. However, without air air cooled hoods, you may run into the issue of the AC unit running constantly to keep up with the heat made by the lights. AC units draw lots and lots of power. If you had air cooled hoods exhausting the air then the AC unit might not have to work so hard. I don't know if electricity cost is a concern for you, but 600's and 400's draw a lot of juice over time. Those combined with the AC unit may push you over 2500 watts power consumption when everything is running, in actuality probably more than that. Add up the figures 1800 watts for the lights + wattage of the AC unit, however much that is. = big bucks. If you used air cooled hoods, you may be able to run a smaller AC unit to maintain that 75F-80F temp range.
