Do I need to remove seeds before making Honey or shatter?

Self explanatory...
Neighbors must have grown so males a a cpl of plants completely seeded on me... Gonna turn it to oil but hopping to skip the annoying deseeding process...

So will seeds diminish quality/taste or am I good to go?

Seeds won't hurt anything other than maybe absorbing a tiny bit of solvent. Not that hard to remove the bulk of them tho.
