Depends on how dialed in you are, but if you want to play it safe then yes, feed to run-off every time unless you are in organics.

if you water to runoff you will drown those plants in promixyou should.be watering those plants in a 1 gal pot 250ml of water. thats it until they start using up the water quick.
thats my advice. good luck with your grow

Im never wattering to runoff. Using 15L pots, and watering them with aprox. 10% of the volumen of the pot (around 1.5l) . Feeding them every watering, growing in soil, 20% perlit inside.

Every watering adding mineral water (i use 10l pot for watering, 8l of river water + 1.5l of mineral water and nutes, all mixed up.

plants looking realy fine.

The reason to water to run-off is to try and flush out built-up salts in the medium if you are really pushing the upper ends of the spectrum as far as food strength. By flushing a little each time you wash out the extra. Not an exact science. However, once you get the hang of it, you can give them less food and not water to run-off. You won't hurt your plants if you water to run-off regardless, and it's an easy way to be a little safer. Some people try to accomplish the same thing by alternating feeds with just waterings every 3rd time or so but I've been seeing a lot less of that these days because as you've noticed here, most people do fine feeding every time.

I will say that I like to water the whole pot though, make sure that I am watering evenly on the top surface in the hopes that all the medium gets wet so the roots will go looking for water in all the real estate of your pot.
