Do leaves enjoy cool mist or am I saturating them?

Work on your comprehension then. I made two posts before I told him to continue misting them and I wished him good luck.

He obviously knew better then everyone telling him not to continue misting them at that point.
B*******. You were merely being insulting. And I removed the pipes. I can accept being wrong. You were just being an a******.

Constantly wet leaves isn't healthy. I've only grown from seed and my leaves are never wet. I don't spray them or let moisture settle on them. Even when they transpire the airflow in the tent generally keeps them dry.
Don't let any get on the leaves. When the plant need water, then water the roots. Otherwise keep the mist away from the plants.
Now where was I being an asshole here. Could you point it out please. Thanks.

You were doing light touch sarcasm. I'm not the paranoid guy who pointed that out, someone else did. You have great knowledge and I thank you for that. I'm sorry I crossed your beams on a bad day. Please accept my apology for wasting your time. And that's not sarcasm, I've been in your place of being the guy who knows everything and feeling everyone's wasting their time. I'm sorry for being on the other side of that equation.

So please step back and understand that I'm not attacking you. This thread can end right now.

Again I gave you two posts of solid advice as you continued to argue what you were doing was ok. By the third time I posted I got bored of your arguing and sarcastically told you to continue to do as you were. It was obvious you had no intention of listening to my first two posts of solid advice. I wished you good luck and stopped responding to you.

You got me pegged wrong. I don't know everything, actually far from it. But what I do know I try to help others with. More often than not the OP refuses to listen thinking they know better. This thread is the perfect example of it. More reading and less arguing would help a lot of people out.

I advice you to search for knowledge wherever you can instead of instantly getting your ego scuffed and feel offended. Learn from everyone you met in life instead of just shouting at something out of your own control.

You did. You gave me perfectly good advice. You told me what to do. But you didn't tell me why.

How do I know who you are without then researching whether or not you are the authority to pay attention to?

The other guy told me WPM and gave me a starting point to go figure out s*** for myself.

Which then gave me the holy s*** moment to drive to action.

My learning style dictates that I figure crap out for myself and I'm very appreciative of people who point me in the direction of that. I really dislike people who tell me what to do without telling me why unless I've already judged them to be an authority on the matter. Which no one on a random website is ever unless I've been hanging out for a long while, paying attention, which I have not.

I hope my behavior has been reasonable based on this.

Btw: I ran a group of programmers for years who called me Dr House. I am definitely on the scale somewhere so I might miss stuff.

I told you why, it's unhealthy. But I understand your skepticism. There is a lot of bad advice given out here.

Your pots have white spots on the sides. I don't know if you noticed but could be the start of mold. You mentioned DE and top dresses but I don't see any evidence of them yet. Just a heads up on something you might want to look at.

As far as filling the pots to near the top. Because it allows for airflow to reach the entire plant. A constant oscillating breeze across the plant is healthy for many reasons including building strong stems. Also it maximizes the area for roots to grow. Bigger roots equals bigger plants. GL.

Thanks.

The white spots are dusting of diatomaceous earth, nothing to worry about. During the initial transplant I gave a full covering and then each watering pushes it down. I just put in yellow sticky cards and if I notice any bugs whatsoever I'll do a total covering again.

My oscillating fan is actually above to the left and facing down and gets the entire area within those pots but I appreciate the concern.

Take care

He wasn't arguing with you. He was discussing the topic and asking for input. You used sarcasm to insult him which was totally uncalled for, then when I pointed it out you denied using sarcasm, then a few posts later you admit to it.

I don't even know what to say. How about just get some balls and admit you were in the wrong.
You really need to work on reading comprehension Socky McSockerson.
