Do really need hps for flowering!!!

i have 8 23watt clf natral day light bulbs..bx of 4 bulbs say 1600 lumens so i guess 3200 in total ... Is this enuff for flowering??? Not working with a large space ..i moved my gurls much closer to the light and added 2 more exhaust fans ...total amount of fans is six 4 exhaust 2 intakes ...what should i do?? Or should i just get an 400watt hid set up??

after three cfl grows the simple answer is yes you want yeild go hps, IMO cfl can achive the same result but you have too many bulbs etc and it takes forever...

you can check my sig out, I had one grow with cfl and this one is hps.
Depending on how you grow it, it can make a big difference. I went hps for flower and i dont regret it at all.
My girls love it.

if you invest in a cooltube like i have, not hot at all. Its in flower right now, i keep the temps around 75-78

A 600 watt HPS is pretty easy to cool in 4x4 area, if you have an air cooled hood. Get a dimmable ballast and run it at 75 or 50% when your ambient temps get high in the summer. BAM!

Yes, you can flower with a MH.

I'm growing with CFL's ... HPS is good.. but if you don't have the correct set up and don't want an 100.00 electric bill CFL's the way to go... link to my grow below... all CFL's
I had more actualy wattage using cfls, and less lumens..
