Do these look okay? (10 days old)

I randomly decided to make a ghetto grow setup out of a plastic tub. It's being lit with CFLs on this adjustable desktop clip on lamps from walmart. The seeds are just random bag seeds from really good stuff. Anyway does it look okay? I have them on 24/24 for the lights right now. I'm kind of winging it with random help from friends. haha

18/6 for sure,

your going to run into issue having them all in the same tote, i would go 12/12 from seed as it seems you dont have alot of room

yah? doesn't that make the plant stop vegging and start flowering? or?
Going 12-12 from seed they still go through a veg stage but will quickly start to flower. Look at my grows and see.
Its a way to keep height down and its a very simple way to have a continuous grow. certainly not for everyone.

Thanks you guys. Yeah I had them on 24/24 for the first two weeks then I was going to switch to 18/6 on the 28th. I will eventually move them to their own respective pots just because I know the tote is unrealistic to actually grow them in. I will definitely keep posting pics though. My only real guidance here is the internet. haha but I'm trying to learn. I swear they got bigger since I posted last. Next month I should have my hydro setup ready to go (whitewidow) and that's what I'm really excited about. This is mostly to pass the time. Awesome forum by the way you guys really know your stuff. :)

they look just fine, as was said above.. they will show you tremendous growth if you get them some darkness. I am doing my first grow and i have mine on 18on 6 off. after each 6 off night.. they look like a totally new set of plants the growth is so rapid.

you can leave them in that tote and they will be fine, i have seen a few sucessfull multi plant 1 container grows. only issue is you might get a male in there and just going to have to cut it off at the base.

during the bloom phase, 12/12 lighting, they look good but might want to move one or plants for the sake of the others go for a few really good plants, plus ur kinda putting all your eggs in one basket diversify to minimize lost in worst case situation. +rep for growth every step will lead you to your destination

Usually when you sow seeds that close together, you thin them out, killing all except the fastest growing one. Whether it becomes a male or female, you keep it for breeding.

If you don't thin them out, they all parasite off each other. What would normally be 5 foot plants become 2 foot plant.
