The leaves look kind of puffy and over watered still to me. The ugly leaves look like something that happens when you over water and have root issues as a result. They are not able to uptake the nutrients properly. More nutrients is not the answer if that is the issue. Hopefully others will weigh in here and you can get some sort of consensus.

(edit) Do you have any drainage in those pots ? Are they sitting on a cold floor ?

I disagree.

Every single plant is drooping. Leaves are puffy.

Over watering is a frequency issue. Not about how much you give at one time.

How often do you water?
Every couple days but they were alittle underwatered before the over watering but im in camp and cant lift pots to see if tbey are light or heavy. Im thinking the wife probabaly gave them too much and probavly alittle rootbound

I
Key in on well draining medium and pots, elevating pots, air circulation and moist not wet.
As @Wizzlebizz says, it's not how much you water but how often. Roots need oxygen to make
for a healthy canopy.
Use promix which is considered a soiless medium and i also add in extra perilite to try and make drainage better. I get out of caml tomorrow so i can take a better look

Looks like you might be having a nute issue to me.. What's your npk ratio? P.p.m.?
What's your ph ?
Good question. gonna say they havent been fed yet. Tonite was first feeding of roughly 250ppm im guessing with a ph around 6.3. I wasnt the one at home watering so it is just a estimate

Over water. For sure. Double check your ph. Going and and make sure your checking run off at this point. Let them dry out completely! Your roots are suffocating.
