OK, so I went ahead and chopped them all down last night. I had noticed one of the Ghost of LeeRoy's had a few bananas a week and a half ago, so I chopped the top of it and hoped it hadn't pollinated anything, but it had. I could tell my buds were trying to make seeds, so that's it for this round. Hopefully I didn't lose any potency. I already started spraying everything down so I can get the room ready for their clones that are vegging. So here is Day 79, right before I chopped.

Ya it really is. I'm really glad I waited this long, and would have waited a little longer if they hadn't gotten pollinated. I've learned a lot this last 4 months, and now I know what to expect for next round and can dial in my skills.

I know huh. I have NO light leaks, but I did realize one of my temperature monitors red led lights I can still see blinking even though I taped over it. I didn't think the light would go through the Gorrila Tape but it does easily. The only other thing was we lost power a couple weeks ago in the morning, but it went out right before my lights turned on for the day so that night before they basically had 15 hours of dark and then 9 hours of light that day, then back to 12/12.

make sure you're looking at trichs that are on calyxes, not on leaves, the ones on leaves mature faster.
i've also notice that the angle you look at them matters, if you look at them from directly overhead, they tend to look milky, because the light is reflecting off of the base of the stalk they sit on, and the ring of cells that connect them. if you look at the same trichomes from the side, you get a much truer picture.
