There's a lot more but those are main addons.. fucking eats through the revs 20-120 like nothing... tops out around 165 with the new sprocket

My intent is to get a bike in April, are they difficult to ride? Also are they comfortable to ride, because the way I see most people like hunched over forward doesn't look very comfortable or good for your back, but I'm obviously 100% ignorant to the world of bike riding.

Most crotch rockets are made to basically get from point A to point B as fast as possible lol so if you want comfort you might be more interested in a Harley or some other type of cruiser.

True, but I've also been on interstates and had crotch rockets in my sight for 100+ miles, you would think after being hunched over that long it would kill your back, does it bother any of you to ride them for extended periods of time? I'm looking for speed over comfort which is why I don't want a cruiser, but I also don't want something that is going to be painful to ride for over an hour at a time.

Stoned, I gotta give you a lot of credit for having the balls and the not giving a fuck that it takes to post your face on these boards. Out of curiosity do you live in a legal state, more props to you if not. Nice bikes both of you, I clearly prefer the crotch rocket because I'm young and dumb, but I think it looks more comfortable to ride on Stoned's bike, or a Harley type bike. Not sure what those are called in opposition to crotch rocket or superbike (if that's a real term?). Legit WRX too, had two buddies in high school with WRX's, one was an '07 and one was an '08, I graduated in 08, so they were both new at the time. One was all souped up with after market shit, and the other was stock. They were both pretty quick, and I couldn't touch them in the '05 Jaguar S-type I was fortunate enough to drive at the time.
What kind of rich spoiled kid using daddies money place are you from for high school loss to be driving wrx, and jags? I used to street race in Florida in a modded 96 supra with a 1jzgte engine. With all my time I only saw a few of the rich fucks thatveven know how to drive what they had let alone race them. I started out with a stock 95 integra gsr and moved up as I went because rich kids can't drive. But where you from sounds like I can roll into town and win a lot of money and a few cars

After about an hour on my ZX14 I'm ready to get off and stretch, but I drive aggressively and like to push the envelope quite a bit ;)

Not to bust your anti-rich kid campaign or anything, but I'm currently poor as shit. My parents are fairly wealthy, and they're pretty sharp financially. Growing up, they didn't give us money as they felt it would lead to financial dependence and that my brothers and I would never have the drive to make it ourselves. During high school I became fairly wealthy and had a self-made net worth of ~50k. By the end of 09 I was near 200k, primarily from poker and bookkeeping. Then in 2010 I had a bad run skiing, and an awful year on the felt (both live and virtual). I started 2011 with about 2 grand liquid and ~20k equity in a house I was fortunate enough to invest in with my father back when I was doing well.

As far as driving abilities go, I don't think you can correlate wealth with bad driving in general. However when I alluded to racing the WRX's, I was merely talking about being side by side at a red light and seeing who gets a better jump / short distances under 1/10th mile for fun, not legit street racing, that's childish.

Yeah. It's not comfortable, but you are one with the bike. I like it riding, but you have to have a strong core and whatnot.. It's mainly the stop lights that kill ya. On straights I sit with one hand on the throttle, one hand on my leg.. I don't keep two hands on the handlebars unless I'm working the bike (hard steering passing people clutch etc.)

I love just pushing things to their limits, and sitting within that little slip stream on that piece of two wheeled machinery is like nothing else 8)

Pretty much, they are essentially RACE bikes that are STREET legal. no A/C, no radio, no highway bars, just two tires, a chain, sprocket and everything else to keep those things moving & in the right direction

lets see it? so i can oogle and be jealous

Here's a cutout.. I'm not going to post the whole thing

First off It's been 5 years since I graduated, and that WRX was bought in my name with MY credit (you know, that number that should be high when you're responsible with your finances) and not with half the money as a down payment. That's a $30,000 finance accepted by a bank for a 22 year old (me). I worked and earned my toys. My highschool car was shit, my after highschool car was a rolling vagina. This is MY real car I earned... and i'll be damned if some douche from the boonies is gonna hate. Not once have I took assistance or asked for it with my parents.

The streetbike? Also only in my name. In 3 years, i'll buy a house... ONLY IN MY NAME.

Eat my financially responsible balls, and keep hating.

I drive a 08 Impala and a 08 HHR Panel 'truck'. It is not a truck, but love it. I, really, appreciate the cooler intergrated into the floor in the back. And the locking storage compactment under the mats.

I rode my SV650 for 540 miles on the I-5... Any motorcycle without a gel seat cushion will suck for long travels. Hoever I'll say my bike was a lot more comfortable than the many I've rode on. Never hurt my back, just a numb ass cheek. I lay down on my stomach the whole way with my chin resting on the gas tank. Like riding a giant all metal bed... Not great but it helps.

Harleys and cruisers are good for long travel only do to the cumfy accesories they can come with. Big leather chairs with arm and back rests. Most even had radios... I spent 7 hours hummin to myself hahahaha
