Does K-9 really sniff out seeds ?

I was planning to take a few seeds with me overseas but something told me look it up online and wouldn't you know it google says K-9 can pick out seed from a crowd. I was going to scatter a few fire seeds in my luggage but now I'm doubting the whole operation

No they cant smell seeds. My buddy trained bomb and drug dogs for the army and afterwards for civilian police and they can’t smell seeds.

Not even the residual? I got nailed by a drug dog 2 days after rolling a joint. They got a hit on my jacket where I wiped my fingers.
I know my home chuck seeds aren't exactly "clean".

If I were OP I'd toss em in some trail mix and claim they're hemp seed depending on where you're coming from and going to.

Nope. I’ve went through the airport from Michigan to Louisiana with my vape, 30 carts and some rosin and walked buy K-9 units the whole way.

I'd be surprised if they can't smell a load of seeds in a suit case say but a dozen seeds in your hand luggage I doubt it, they'd be sniffing poppy seeds/granary snacks/rolls all day lol.

Drug dogs are checking for weed and hard shit if possible for them to sniff seeds the dog would have to be trained for that I would guess if possible and airports don't care about seeds put them in something that hides them in plain sight like previous post trail mix or something.
Just be confident you act nervous you are asking for extra checks.

Even if the dog hit I doubt they’d find them. They’re looking for larger packages of drugs.
