does my snow whites look stretched?

26 days into veg runnin by a couple cfl for now. Need your opinion if its stretched or not. If it is can I just transfer and add more.soil?



EDIT. My bad lol. I had it on the other post. But here it is tho. Hope its not stretched. Maybe I should top.now?
