Does she look healthy?

Does she look heathy the growth got stunned a couple times do to location change "" got found by neighbor"" I know it's small for its age. But does it look healthy?

looks totally fine....may be overwatering a bit... i noticed its really dark green and a little droopy

I water every 3 days I have a meter that tells me the ph,light,moistness. It say the soil is completely dry when I water I think I soaks the water up to fast and can't use all of it right away
