Something I've always noticed is after smoking, despite what strain or smoking method used, I always seem to get stuffed up. Sometimes taking a regular Claritan will help or even prevent it but does this happen to most people or could I possibly be slightly allergic? It's not bad enough to keep me from smoking but it does get really annoying. :weed:

Best way I've found to help with stuffy nose from tokin' is to use "saline" or "ocean" nose spray to keep nasal membranes moistened and less reactive....straight quafanesin (no additives) is also good for keeping membranes lubricated in the winter.......
In the 80's I was addicted to sinex until my ent convinced me to have surgery on my nose to help with the rhinitis that plagued me for years........he pounded home the most long term simple treatments for nasal maladies......keep the membranes moist!!!!!

i have seasonal allergies and those includes grasses, weeds, trees, flowers, and pollen. but i have noticed that i do get stuff sometimes after smoking. i just chucked it up to the smoke irritates my nasal cavity and in response to what it thinks is an allergen it produces mucous. but the there are sometimes where blowing the smoke out through my nose seems to keep my sinuses clear. but more than likely it is related. if you breathe through your nostrils and keep airflow flowing through your sinus cavity it seems to help keep them clear. atleast this is my experience with this.

When I'm sick, if I smoke it all goes away. The running nose, the cough, the ill feeling... I'm quite lucky :D :leaf: love the herb!

i find this sometimes. i know im allergic to pollen n some other seasonal stuff, and sometimes if i touch some real sticky icky and then rub my eyes/nose it really becomes noticable. so ive decided that i must be a little allergic to weed! NOT GONNA STOP ME THO!
