Does this look like nitrogen deficiency?

I'm thinking its a little hungry and needs stronger food.
Its nearly 4 weeks old in coco/perlite mix using canna coco nutes at 600ppm 5.8ph under t5 lighting.

Lights too far away...
Youngest leaves look fine [too wet but green and droopy]
Bottom leaves resting on medium, look like N deficient, however they have been resting on medium...
Just saying...
Good Luck!

Thanks for your reply.
The lights are usually 1" from the top of the plant but i lifted them to take pics.
Thanks for your opinion on the n def. , i'm gonna up the nute strength a bit and see how it looks in a couple of days.

I'll do ya one better.
Just right click them and 'save as'.....
That way you have them to peep anytime, and don't have to keep coming back to your thread.;-)
The plus side of that, is you can then share them too.:bigjoint:
Thats awesome mate, thanks very much, gonna save them to my h/d :)

Did the chlorosis appear right after a transplant by any chance?
Actually yes it did, i had it in potting soil from seed but when i re-potted to bigger pot i carefully removed as much soil as possible and put it into a 50/50 coco perlite mix, the leaves started changing colour after about 3-4 days.

watch your ph. 6.8 for soil grows is optimum. Looks like mag def to me. Epsom salts at 1 tbsp/gal water or dolo lime drench at the same rate.
I thought the ph for coco was 5.8 same as hydro??
I like the thinking on the mg def. though as i have heard its common in coco so i'll give it some epsom salts tomorrow when i next feed, if its not mg def. though will it hurt to give a little epsom salts?

You did right on the PH, I was just curious why Danny mentioned that after you stated coco.
I don't think it'll hurt if you give 1 tbsp/ gal. (epsom)

Most likely nothing to worry about. Or nothing to tend too. Or really anything you did wrong. It just happens sometime when you repot. Even if you pot up into the same mix. Looks like the new growth is healthy and happy. IMO just chalk it up as another day in the garden and dont go chasing problems that do not exist. And your new growth seems to like the pH you are running. If it where me I would keep things same same and continue your course.

Coco is notorious for Potassium build up. Which can inhibit the up take of magnesium. But beings you just repotted I doubt this is an issue for you right now. I bring it up as something to keep in mind down the road.
