It looks Heathy but I agree over watering.
Its hard to tell from the pics but the bottom of the plant is in the bucket so thats why the lower leaves are yellowing like that. I would transplant it when it dry's out and add some more soil to the bottom to lift it up so those lower leaves get more light.
