does this lighting system look safe? this ballast powers two 400 hps bulbs. i just dont want anything burning down.

where did you go to school? You need ask if this mess looks safe? You would trust setting your stuff ablaze on weather ppl said this thing looks safe? judging by the fact that it looks ancient and theres duct tape on it. I would say Not safe.
