Dolomite lime and peat moss

I have little bead type balls of dolomite lime and way wondering how much to add into my soil mix.

Lets say im using 5 gallon buckets.

a teaspoon per gallon of soil. soil should set for at least 2-3 weeks for the limestone to disintegrate into the soil to nuetralize the Ph. doing so will also make the calcium readily available to the plant instead of letting it disintegrate while the plant is in the soil and slowly becoming available for plant intake
