hate to be the fly in the ointment but i'm not seeing any news on Weisselburg Immunity deal and as you acknowledged the article cited is from 2018.
He just will not be nailed for paying off porn stars. But he already knows the process and what it can do for him. One little step to flip him.

I wonder if Ivanka will be terminated next? They've got Donald's nuts in a vice, are starting to squeeze them and the harder they squeeze, the louder he'll howl and the more he'll squirm. When they find him guilty and slap the cuffs on in court, Donald will flip out for sure, he might be lead away thrashing and raving. Before that though, they might cuff and purp walk him when they indict him, like his bean counter Weisselberg.

Trump Org Terminates CFO Weisselberg From Some Duties. Is Trump Org Setting Him Up to Take the Fall?

Multiple reports relate that Allen Weisselberg, long-time Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer, has been terminated as director and controller of one of Trump's golf resorts in Scotland. Although we don't know precisely what's behind this move, it is an important data point that sheds some light on the relationship between Weisselberg and the Trump Organization now that they are indicted together as co-defendants in a criminal case.

When prosecutors indict co-defendants together it tends to result in either the co-defendants uniting against their perceived common enemy - the prosecutors who are seeking to hold them accountable for their crimes - OR it splits the co-defendants apart and causes them to consider cutting their loses by cooperating with the prosecution. The Trump Organization terminating Weisselberg from some of his duties signals a possible fracture in the Trump Org-Weisselberg relationship.

If Donald is gonna run, it better be soon, his problem is he has nowhere to run to, if Vlad doesn't want him and can't use him. Once they drop an indictment on him, he is in the custody of the court and maybe released on bail, with or without conditions, like a gag order. Right now there are no indictments and Donald can jump on a plane and go to Scotland, then to Europe and finally to Moscow. Once indictments drop he will have to turn himself in to the police and be purp walked to court for a plea hearing, or be arrested. Leaving the country would be a lot harder on bail, with serious indictments hanging over his head.

Trump takes credit for billionaires' race to space
During an appearance on Fox News’s "Sunday Morning Futures," host Maria Bartiromo noted that Branson became the first billionaire to venture into space on Sunday and asked Trump what he had to say in response, adding that Space Force was the first new military branch created since 1947.

"So, we're very proud of that," Trump said. "It was close to 75 years. It was the Air Force. And now we did Space Force, which is going to be so vital. And we not only did it. I mean, it's up and running and really great."

"Russia has it. And China has it. And they were way advanced over us. And I got it started," he said.

Bartiromo also asked Trump why he thinks billionaire business leaders are fixating on space, pointing to Bezos, a frequent critic of Trump, who stepped down as Amazon CEO to concentrate on his aerospace company Blue Origin.

"I just say, better them than me," the former president said. "I would rather see Richard in the plane today than me, in the spaceship. But, if — Richard loves it, and Bezos loves it. And a lot of rich guys love space, ok? You will explain that someday. But they do love space."

"They love sending rocket ships up. And I made it possible for them to do this. I actually said to my people, 'Let the private sector do it,' " Trump continued.

"These guys want to come in with billions of dollars. Let's lease them facilities, because, you know, you need certain facilities to send up rockets, and we have those facilities. We have the greatest facilities." he added.

"And now, because of what I did, we are leading the pack in space by far."

Fox Runs All-Caps Disclaimer Over Trump’s Lies About Stolen Election at CPAC (thedailybeast.com)

Fox Runs All-Caps Disclaimer Over Trump’s Lies About Stolen Election at CPAC
‘DENIED THE VARIOUS ALLEGATIONS’

1626078800473.png

Fox News ran a disclaimer during Donald Trump’s speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference Sunday as the former president said yet again that the 2020 election had been “rigged.” The banner flashing across the screen read, “THE VOTING SYSTEM COMPANIES HAVE DENIED THE VARIOUS ALLEGATIONS MADE BY PRESIDENT TRUMP AND HIS COUNSEL REGARDING THE 2020 ELECTION.” CNN’s Oliver Darcy reported the notice ran for roughly 40 seconds during Trump’s speech. Trump has repeatedly lied that the election was stolen from him by nefarious means, claims that have morphed into bizarre and baseless conspiracy theories targeting voting machine manufacturers. Earlier this year, Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, both makers of voting machines, sued Fox News for billions of dollars over the baseless theory that the election was rigged. Fox has said it is “proud of its election coverage” and vowed to fight the suits. According to Trump, the “election fraud of 2020” has been the topic supporters have called upon him to talk about more than anything else, above border security and crime. He announced that he and his team will never give up their search for “truth and justice” regarding the “corrupt” election.

That is pretty halfassed warning label. They should also have included the dozens of claims in court were also shown to be bullshit.

They let their viewers off the hook with saying some bullshit like 'of course the commie voting system companies would say that'. Fox is allowing their viewers to have outs to absorbing actual information counter to their scams.

I think the notice should be on a red banner and pasted on a diagonal across the screen for the length of time he repeats the lie. Actually would be cool if they had a giant stamp pad smuck the screen every time he brings up the subject.

Allen Weisselberg, indicted Trump Organization CFO, removed as an officer from several company subsidiaries - CNNPolitics

Indicted Trump Organization CFO removed as an officer from several company subsidiaries
(CNN)The Trump Organization has removed Allen Weisselberg, its chief financial officer, from officer positions at several of its subsidiaries, including Mar-a-Lago, after he and former President Donald Trump's namesake business were indicted for allegedly running a 15-year tax fraud scheme.

Weisselberg's role and title at the Trump Organization could change, but he will remain at the company, a source close to the Trump Organization told CNN. The source described Weisselberg's removal from the positions as "prudent corporate governance."

Weisselberg has pleaded not guilty to 15 state charges, including grand larceny.

Other subsidiaries that he has been removed from as an officer include the Trump Payroll Corp., which was also named in the indictment, Trump National Golf Club, Trump International Hotels Management and the Trump International Golf Club in Scotland, according to publicly filed corporation documents.

No explanation was provided in the amended corporate filings.

The Wall Street Journal first reported on Weisselberg's removal from the officer positions.

A lawyer for Weisselberg declined to comment. A spokeswoman for the Trump Organization did not immediately respond to CNN's requests for comment.

After the indictment earlier this month, Trump told The New York Times of Weisselberg, "I'm with him all the way."
Charles Elson, a professor of corporate governance at the University of Delaware, on Monday characterized the Trump Organization's move as "normal."

"Usually when someone is indicted you put them on leave because frankly their time is going to be devoted to defending the charges or there may be certain requirements in some states where you do business, particularly operating a casino business or maintaining liquor licenses. That's normal," he said.

Flipping On Trump? Indicted Money Man Stripped Of Power Amid Criminal Probe

The Wall Street Journal reports The Trump Organization’s CFO Allen Weisselberg was removed as Officer of Subsidiaries, per records. Weisselberg was indicted on an alleged 15 year “off the books” tax scheme. This news is a sign Trump is trying to distance himself from the CFO as prosecutors reportedly work to flip him. I guess Weisselberg can't pass along the books to the Feds on the dirty Russian cash deal to buy the golf courses now?

Trump's CPAC Speech and the Reaction of his Adoring Fans. Hate Sells as our Nation Suffers

Former President Donald Trump gave a hate-filled, largely fact-free speech at CPAC - the Conservative Political Action Conference. Trump berated Bill Barr for not helping him overturn the election results, he slandered Hillary Clinton as his adoring fans chanted "lock her up," he mocked others and cursed like an ill-tempered teenager, and his groupies in the crowd loved it. Donald Trump will continue to do all he can to destroy American democracy until the Department of Justice finally indicts him for the many crimes he committed in violation of the laws of the United States.

Michael Wolff: ‘Trump Is Even Crazier Than I Thought.’

In his third book about Donald Trump, author Michael Wolff reports that Donald Trump made calls to U.S. attorneys in swing states to try to get them to investigate election fraud - Wolff wouldn’t be surprised if there are tapes: “I think that anyone who speaks to Donald Trump should be switching on their iPhone to tape what’s going on. Donald Trump is only half aware of what he’s saying, it just spews out.”

Trump Becomes More Unhinged As Legal Woes Worsen, GOP Devotion Deepens

Rachel Maddow looks at the latest fallout from the indictments of the Trump Organization and its CFO, Allen Weisselberg, and how Donald Trump's public ranting seems to have become even more radical and distant from reality and yet the Republican Party's devotion to Trump has apparently grown only deeper, an unhealthy circumstance for U.S. politics.

This guys family should sue Trump too. This guy was shot up for over a minute because Trump demanded retribution for his thug supporter who was out to continue the chaos after the Trump truck rally through Portland that was set up by a Russian troll here in America.
