How do you justify this statement?

How is telling people where they can get their medicine any different from the government telling people where they can get it?

The ability to argue is, sadly, not seemingly synonymous with the ability to debate, and I have not seen evidence of the latter. You may wish to note that "argue" in itself doesn't have the negative connotation you are insinuating.

I can't say I appreciate you deciding my opinions on matters, so please don't.

I simply posed a valid question and in turn have been met with hostility. Your attempts to dismiss that question by claiming I'm somehow in league with your opposition is not a justification to ignore the original question.
