Don’t know Style of plug

All I can say is that was meant to plug into something very specific to that light. I got nothing else lol never used that style of lighting.

Not seen 5 pin light cables around if at all, that should narrow it down.
Yeah I would assume one pin is a ground for the reflector and the other two pairs are for each lamp in the fixture. What sorta ballast is required beats me though, I don't even see markings on the lamps themselves that would indicate a wattage. (He had a picture in another thread)

Five pins makes me think more some three phase or somthing similar maybe, something commercial or industrial.

3 phase would have 3 hot wires and a ground. Would run 330v+. With 4 conductor wires and a ground, you would have a hot and neutral wire for a pair of 110v circuits.
More than likely. Always use a meter.
