Don't know what's wrong

Plant looks fine. Younger plants sometimes have small deformities and they will grow out of them. Still keep an eye on it. Growing is not a simple task. That soil needs some perlite. Lack of oxygen could cause tips to bend or deform.

Yea man your good. I would transplant her soon. Put her in a larger pot then she will explode. I have had plants look terrible at 2 weeks but once they start maturing they blow up and look amazing.

looks good. leafs might be drooping some due to over-watering, a common noobie mistake.

are those cfl's actually 75 watts or "75 watt equivalent"? Ideally you would use blue CFL's during veging like 5000K or so, called "cool"... and orange or "warm" during flower, around 2000K. 3 x 75 ACTUAL watts would be plenty for one plant.

At what point would you give up on one of your girls and cull her out? 2-3 weeks?

I'm pretty stoned but do you mean that one of you plants is not healthy and you want to know if you should cut her down? If so puts some pics up. Really i would keep a plant till the main stem went limp. It has only happened to a seedling of mine  knocks on wood*

Also a unhealthy two or three week old plant can make a 180 and turn very healthy when starting to mature.
