Anyone else love to drift?? Winters here in full force now, -30 Celsius and the roadways have a foot of snow and ice..

SO much fun... It's Saturday too so the local elementary is out.. They have a huge snowy parking lot that's wicked shit to drift in.

I just made some kid who was like 14 waiting for the bus's day. I did a sick drift around him at like 60 km then did a 180 and drifted around him again. He gave me a thumbs up..

Anyway, I know other people drift so let's hear it.
 
I dont see anything wrong with drifting it seems pretty fun but i would be doing it with a 14 year old kid around in case something went wrong that would be horrible maybe that just me though
 
I would of had to drive up off the road, across the sidewalk and then smash through the glass bus stop to hit this kid... We were both entirely safe, and I could tell he enjoyed the show. :D
 
Big difference between drifting and sliding in a FWD. Either way... Yes I love it. Used to have a solid acre or two near my house where they were building oil wells. Was like my own personal rally course. Small dirt roads, a few raises in the roads to jump, downhill and uphill turns, long fast turns, fork in the road drifts. Place was sick. Slid and drifted the fuck out of that place. Now there are houses there. :(

Used to take old civics to a giant parking lot to do 60mph 360's hahahaha. Ahhh fun highschool days.

This is true benassi, but you have to make do with what you got.. :P and its pretty much drift city here anyway... it doesnt matter if you drive FWD, RWD, AWD, you're gonna slide

lol well thats cool i was thinking like around here where the kids are jus on the street corners waiting for the bus...so in that case drift away I would of loved that show when i was 14

Yeah. Let me see if I still got my video camera ill make a video in the shall pit up the road. Its snowmobile weather right now so i'm probably going to ride my sled in the next hour or so. What are you guys drifting? Where bouts ya'll live?
 
what the hell drifting in the snow is for fairys with not hp for a power over or a clutch kick as for drifting around a14 yr old kid if i was his dad i would kick you ass then haul you to the cop shop, ass hole, keep the drifting to the track and get real respect instead of making a bad name for Real Drifters
 
I love drifting haha i drive a 2 door mazda and i've ripped the e-brake so many times it barely stops my back tires. Fun stuff once you get the hang of it

And you wouldn't kick my ass, Well I'm not sure of how big you are but i'm pretty damn sure you came up to me with an attitude like that i'd make something of your day
 
ebrake drifts are lame real drifter hit that shit in 3rd and 4th gear and melt tires, sorry im a bit overzelous about drifting and idiots that do it on the steet unsafely, and yes i have a spec drift car thats street driven from timr to time

Mazda's are great cars. What type of mazda do you have? I'ma guess Miata or something or an RX8 but RX7's are considered gay in every book i've seen and only pussies drive them.

You have a special drift car so that makes it O.K. so you can come on a forum and talk shit about our fun? I think you are making yourself sound stupider and stupider every time you post.

As for where I am, I'm up in Canada.... ;) so plenty of snow, and plenty of ice, and plenty of drifts... (or slides, whatever you wanna call them) and to LT1RX7, not everyone owns a riced out drift car and not everyone "drifts at a track" I only partake in the winter when its easy and fun.

ok where did i say i made it ok asshat i didnt i stated keep the drifting to the track or a safer enviorment, as for your childish comment about rx7 well every bit of tech in a rx8 came from rx7s miatas are a time attack machine, as for stating about my car is a basis for talking from experience and knowlegde not a issue of "look at me" dipshit, you wanna condone his childish bs i hope he runs your ass over or better yet hits your kid bet you tune changes then

you show me one bit or rice on my car and i will sign the title over due you talk shit about crap you know little about ie my car or me all i said was dirfting on public roads is dumb and childish, and as for kicking your ass i sure if it was your kid you would do and say the same
