droopy head and small

Ok so this WAS my healthiest plant for the first week.....then suddenly one day its head looked down toward the ground like it got a bad case of depression and it never looked up again! add to that its just so damn tiny for a 2 week old plant!!! what have i done wrong and is there anything i could do to help this little thing? Its about 6 inches away from 2 cfls 2700k 23 watts each and is in a mix of coco and peat. I will be transplanting into 6 liter pots in a couple days.

I wouldn't worry. Did you start the seed in the dirt?

No it was sprouted in these coco tablette things that expand when you add water. I had to replant it in a jiffy pot because the stem had no support and at one point it was leaning over, so now it has a mox of peat and coco. I will be repotting all my babies in a couple days when my soil and pots get here. Ive been watering ince a day with a weak canna rhizotonic added to the water....i hope thats not bad. they are also on 18/6 light schedule since 3 days ago because i thought it might destress the plants a bit and all my autos are looking great now.....but alas this one is my only money maker that survived and i would hate to see it go.

I also have some 6500k cfls coming too.....im hoping that will help with the vegetating growth.

Also did you notice the round leaves appear to be drying up and getting ready to fall off? This worries me a bit because it hasnt sprouted a second set of regular leaves yet.
