Droopy leaves.

So my problem is droopy leaves. I’m growing in fox farms ocean forest. I have good seeds from ethos and exotic genetix. Room is a 5.5 x 5.5 with a 800 watt led turned down to 45%.
PPF is around 400 for the tops of my plants. (using iPhone app) don’t know how accurate it is.
I have an exhaust fan and a small fan in the room. They are in 1 gallon pots. Not adding any nutes. They have been in this pot for about 2-3 weeks.
I’m pretty sure they are not being over watered. I let my pots get pretty light before I water.
temps range from 73-66 and RH ranges from 47% - 55%.
i checked some VPD charts and I’m not way off in that department.
I was using bottle water from Costco and yesterday I checked the PH and it was pretty high. Somewhere in the 8s. Today I used 6.5 PH.
idk if there is anything im leaving out.

U guys have any ideas as to why my plants are Sad?

Do they always look droopy regardless of whether they've been recently watered, or bone dry? Maybe a ph issue... but droopiness in otherwise healthy looking plants usually points to an over/under watering issue IME. Also those types of leaves have a tendency to just look droopy anyway. Reminds me of the leaves on my Kiwi Candy which always look a little strange, but they're very similar (short stubby & wide fingers with deep ridges, deep emerald green in veg)

They always look droopy. Idk during the 6 hours of darkness.
I started them off under a 400 watt t5 and 2 of the three looked good. One of them started looking droops as a seedling.

Your temps and humidity are fine, maybe a little on the cool side...

In veg, they don't require a ton of light so I'm sure the t5 is fine. More light power will make them grow more/faster in veg, but light shouldn't be an issue here, especially in veg.

I'd probably want to really let it dry out before you water again. Make sure it doesn't have some tiny little root ball inside the pot that's cold and damp. I don't have experience with FF soil, but maybe pull them out, add some aeration like perlite to loosen it up a tad. And maybe get a small fan to blow right on them. Could try defoliating them a bit to open them up. Sometimes that helps with plants like yours.

Thanks man. I did a little defoliation yesterday. But still the same. I’m not gonna water them for a bit and see what happens.

I got the temps up to 77 problem is the RH drops to 45. Which I guess gives me a little higher VOD for veg. But w/e.
