Droopy plants! Any help appreciated!

All of my plants are droopy! Yesterday, they were due for a watering and we're a little droopy. I planted them into 5 gallon fabric pots and then gave water.. they were in 1 gallon fabric pots so I just put the 1 gallon pots straight into the 5 gallon because the roots seem to grow through. After doing so I watered and they are all looking pretty droopy today! The center of the leaves are dark and the edges seem to be yellowing a little. The soil in the 1 gallon pots was fox farm happy frog and ocean forest 50/50. The soil now in the 5 gallon pots is pro mix BX. Any ideas?!

That coco or soil?

Mix of coco and soil. As soon as I stick my finger into the soil it's definitely moist. Lol moist. I just watered more last night.. don't know if it was a bad idea or a good one. Haven't stepped foot in my back room yet lol.

I find that mix confusing... I guess your meant to keep it wet all the time like coco?

no if you do thisto soil there will be root rot

they look cold,or root problems.

It looks to me like they are still dry, once potting mix is dry it repels water, and its really hard to re-wet them, Top watering will simply no longer work.

You need to fill your bath tub up with 20cm of water and soak them for 12 hours in the tub, in the dark.

Then return to the grow tent, dont wet the leaves, if going under artificial lights, just let the water soak up from the bottom in the bath tub.

If you cant move them and they are out doors top water them with a shower hose fitting for as long as you can, soak each pot till water flows from the bottom for a few minutes, and wet the leaves if outdoors and keep the leaves wet over night, they look dehydrated. repeat the next day.
At this point you cant over water them, your growing media is free draining, once soaked to the max, and plants have recovered you wont have to water again for at least 7-10 days.

p.s have a read of this to avoid future problems.

These plants are over potted , i.e in a too larger pot for the plant size, this causes many problems, sizing the plant to the pot size and slowly moving up in size as the plant grows will resolve this wilting issue, (either to wet or too dry, nutrient issues etc)

Well I haven't been on here in some time but figured I'd give you guys an update as to how my ladies are doing under 400 watts. This picture is from today a minute after lights came on lol. Almost 3 weeks into flower. My tent is a little crowded I think.
