drying in 50 degrees and humidity is 15 %

so as the title states my temps are 50 ish and humidity is a constant 15% how will this effect the taste and smell..

cant you warm things up w/ a heater? itll just take longer time to dry, I cant think of any probs bass its too dry for mold
