drying racks or hang?

so im making an outdoor harvest box:hump: should I make it so there are like shelves (what should I use?) or make something to help them hang? how big should It be if I'm growing 2-3 outdoor plants?:confused::joint:

In the Jorge Cervantes DVD - he used the type shelves you get in those closet units, like at Home Depot.

I've been using my down stairs closet for drying for years and it has those type shelves in it. They are really convienent, air gets evenly all around your weed; but I still flip them everyday and line the floor with the black side of your panda film - it will be loaded with trichs!!!
