Drying Seeds after harvest....

I tried searching the site with no luck.......I just harvested some seeds.
I crossed White Widow and AK-47. I also pollinated an AK with an AK to get some pure seeds.

Does anyone know if you need to allow the seeds to dry before germinating or if they can be sprouted right away? I put each variety in paper lunch bags lastnight....

Thanks, ~Outlaw~

what I do is just let them sit in a glass jar for a month and then they should be good to go if you do keep them in a plastic bag watch for any signs of moister in the bag if you see it them romve them right away and dry them or else mold becomes a problem

You can sprout them right away. I just did it. One of the best things I learned on RIU was the shotglass trick. Soak for 24 hrs in a shotglass in the dark. Then into paper towel and baggie. Taproot in 3 days.

thats interesting hidden dragon. you know, ive always heard that for BEST RESULTS you should just let them sit out for a month. im sure you could get a few to germinate right away, but if you wait i think it will be worth it.
