Ok so I spent all day calling places & no ones carrying Lady Bugs anymore. Well one place does but they're out of stock.

I don't want to hand Bezos $40, so I bought some Insecticidal soap spray & I really sprayed good under every leaf.

If that doesn't work, I'll try every other idea mentioned in this thread. Never surrender!
These guys got ladybugs or whatever you want. You can go through Amazon but its much smoother going through good guys. But instead of ladybugs maybe check out green lacewings. They're supposed to work better. Good luck.

No one carrys lady bugs between rva and dc. Got to order online . I've called every harbor freight, lowes, home depot, tractor supply and pet store. Dude that took over happy trees spot in fredericksburg says he wants to stock preditors but he is no where near stocked up and ready for a hard open yet.
I like neem it is cheap,, natural, not harmful to you or your plants and kills all the most common pest on weed plus pm. I keep it on hand and it is my first go to at any sign of infestation. Down sides are it smells like ass. It is more harmful then other options such as a Dawn solution wash and less effective then harsher chemical pesticides

Thanks. Just made the same calls you did today lol. FYI, Sneeds Nursery does carry ladybugs (in southside rva) they're currently out of stock but she said to check back soon. Sounds like they usually have them.

If you wanna go the route of beneficial insects, consider Lacewings instead of ladybugs if you can get em. They’re better predators, and more likely to hang around longer

Diatomaceous earth and a dusting tool - (this is what I bought for my raspberry bushes when I got spider mites).

Also, don’t underestimate beneficial bugs like wasps, that eat ”meat”. Plant a few flowers in your garden to attract them. Flats of annuals are cheap at the garden stores. Stick those little fuckers in any gaps in your soil. Some herbs/flowers also work as “trap crops” attracting nasty bugs like aphids or mites, keeping them off your more-prized crops.
diatomaceous earth should be applied and under the leaves too? yesterday i notice some aphids under the leaves

At what sort of strength? How much citric acid per gallon of water?
I used 3 TS per quart but it browned the pistils of my buds at that strength. I'd start at 2 TS per quart and test a small area first. In veg most strains are fine at 3 TS but some will react to it. It's the only thing I'll spray on flowering plants for my garden. You just have to watch the strength closer during flower.
