Dump a few worms into the pot with the plant?

I use to be a worm farmer of sorts, worms are very good for the plant, like everyone has said , they eat, poop and leave great ferts behind.

we use to feed the worms ground Corm meal, just sprinkle a little over the top of the soil and they will come up and eat it. The corm meal has Nitrogen in it and the worms eat it and then the casings are full of it. They tunnel through out the pot, which in turn gives the roots places to grow without using alot of effort. In my Compost I put about 100 redworms in it and now I have over 1000, little rascals breed like rabiits. By all means USE WORMS.

I would recomend Redworms ( earthworms ) as they seem top give the better casings than nightcrawlers. Also remember that a few go a long way.

just my biological knowledge here
not experiencing growing wid worms
worms only eat dead or decaying matter...they wont touch roots unless they're dead...

(this all said , assuming they are earthworms)
maybe just test with a shitty plant first?

So orly did you see any improvement while using the worms?

Iv been also curious about this question, but I was thinking about putting a mole in my 5 gal pot, for maximum aeiration.
