Durban poison at 10 weeks flower

Can y'all tell me if this is ready to harvest? I'm a complete newbie to all of this and the buds are heavy but the trichomes still look a little clear to me under the magnifying glass. I'm just not sure. I already flushed a couple of weeks ago thinking that they would be ready at 9 weeks. But here we are in week 10 and not much of a change in color.

Durban takes at least 85 days. At least. I grow it and know. Don’t cheat yourself by chopping early.

What kinda lighting are you using seems like it should be fuller than what she's lookin like at 10weeks
I am using the Giixer 1000W LED Grow Light, Dual Switch & Dual Chips Full Spectrum LED Grow Light Hydroponic Indoor Plants Veg and Flower. I think I left them in veg too long. I don't know, this is my first grow so I'm not really sure what I'm doing unfortunately. Kind of learning as I grow. I come here a lot and stalk this page and gather all the info I can

Hope you already have both switches turned on.

I've actually just had the flower one on. I'll change it now. I feel like I'm ruining these precious plants.
Both switches on. Feed no more than 1/2 strength to restart. Take something long and thin and pierce the soil everywhere. Repeatedly all the way to the bottom of your container. It will not hurt your plants I promise. Everywhere including directly under the plant. This aerates your roots and allows water and nutrients to not only reach everything but allows trapped nutrients to go into solution. Hence weak fertilizer. Bamboo barbecue skewers are perfect. A bag of them is in my tent at all times.

Thank you! I actually have some bamboo skewers in there with a fork taped to them. I broke off the middle tines and use them for branch support. I'll poke some holes and restart the nutrients at half strength
