Dusty Dope?

Step 1: Obtain wool sweater
Step 2: Obtain inflated rubber balloon
Step 3: Rub inflated balloon on said woolen sweater
Step 4: Use static electric charge to pull of dust
Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4
Step 6: Realize that this idea will not work and smoke it anyway
