Hello everyone I've been a lurker for a while now and after begging, my wife FINALLY gave me the bathroom lol.
Little about my setup running 5 diff strains 2 Skywalker kushs from reserva privada 1 dinafem blue widow one dinafem white widow and then I'm playing around with 2 autos that I plan on trying to flower under a 450 watt reflector from top led a diesel n grapefruit.
I've got 2 rootspas and 2 gh waterfarm drip buckets.
The autos I'm doing a 50 50 coco pearlite mix in 2 gallon buckets. Runninga 600 watt phantom digital ballast and a blockbuster 6 inch reflector w digilux metal halide and hortilux hps for flower.
Running a 4 inch inline fan for exhaust and my temps are max 80 with lights on and 73 lights off. Running gh 3 part series w Dutch master zone as a preventative and diamond nector. Water has been phed to 5.8 and I adjust back down once it reaches 6.5.
Now that I got that out of the way my dwc buckets seem to be very small for 2 weeks old today I still haven't started any nutes and I still see no roots I've been top feeding a few times a day and even raised my water level a half inch above the net pots still no luck
I know I prob bit off a Lil more than I can chew for my first time but I wanted to try diff mediums firsthand and stick to what worked best for me. If anyone has any pointers or insight please I'm all ears. Just feel like my babies should be blowing up by now

Well the actual problem is, your top feeding too much. If you top feed too much, the roots don't want to stretch down and grow, your not making the plant work, and it's just, how do I say this, "chilling". Stop the top feeding so much, and bring the level in the bucket up, make the roots work for it. I'm not an expert, but all my research tells me this is your problem.

Another idea is use a cloner and let them go longer until the roots are a couple inches longer. Leave them in the cloner until just before the roots start to get tangled and then switch to your dwc. That way your roots will be able to shoot down easier. Just. An idea.

JUST LOOK BACK AT YOUR FIRST POST ITS ABIT LIKE THIS------

Narcolepsy /ˈnɑrkəˌlɛpsi/, also known as hypnolepsy, is a chronic neurological disorder caused by autoimmune destruction of hypocretin-producing neurons [1] inhibiting the brain's ability to regulate sleep-wake cycles normally.[2] People with narcolepsy experience frequent excessive daytime sleepiness, comparable to how non-narcoleptics feel after 24 to 48 hours of sleep deprivation,[3] as well as disturbed nocturnal sleep which often is confused with insomnia. Narcoleptics generally experience the REM stage of sleep within 5 minutes of falling asleep, while non-narcoleptics do not experience REM in the first hour or so of a sleep cycle[4] until after a period of slow-wave sleep unless they are significantly sleep deprived.[5] Another common symptom of narcolepsy is cataplexy, a sudden and transient episode of muscle weakness accompanied by full conscious awareness, typically (though not necessarily) triggered by emotions such as laughing, crying, terror, etc.[6] affecting roughly 70% of people who have narcolepsy,.[7]
The term narcolepsy derives from the French word narcolepsie created by the French physician Jean-Baptiste-Édouard Gélineau by combining the Greek νάρκη (narkē, "numbness" or "stupor"),[8][9] and λῆψις (lepsis), "attack" or "seizure".[10]

i would say about 2-3 weeks in the net pot before i saw anything but i kept my water line about an inch under the net pot too i saw some claim having it up into the rocks helped while others said it slowed i decided on the lower level because i thought up in the rocks would be harder to keep oxygen in the water.
