Damnit. I miss all the good stuff. I went fishing yesterday and didn't get back until late. What was the guys name, anyone remember?

Ok- So I went fishing starting around 3pm yesterday. My lights are on a timer set to flip on at 4pm and stay on until 10am. I asked my friend to open the passive vents for me at 4pm and even set a computer alarm to remind him. Fast forward to 11pm when I get home. Tent is sealed up...passive vents aren't open...and sides are sucked a good 1' all the way around. The room is hot!! I get the tent open and see the temp gauge... 98 degrees. GAH! Open passive vents and leave the main zipper open and slowly bring it back down to 80. This morning....no new sprouts and PW hasn't budged a cm. My res temp got up to 85 during that fasico. So, I'm changing out the res today and devising a way to keep my passive vents open 24/7 without having to worry about light leaks.

SR, sorry about the tent!!!!

But it was some weird dude, his avatar was him pissing from behind in the nude, don't remember the name but it was pretty off-putting. He was talking about how sperm came out of his dick when he saw your avatar and you two were meant for eachother blah blah, trust me it was weird.


I'm hoping for new sprouts soon!

Eh, I'm use to it. It's to be expected when you (I) post avvies like I do. Personally, I don't let it bother me and I actually just ignore it. I've been on the net tooooooooo long to be shocked by what someone hiding behind anonymity has to say. Besides, they normally give themselves away as to who they are eventually. I'm sure that the mods have an idea of who it is based off the IP addy that they can see. When someone creates a new account to do something like that, they still end up using the same IP addy as the one they use to sign into their normal account. Eventually, the mods will grow tired of it and out them. :)

Ok. So I got my timers setup staggered. Lights and exhaust come on at same time. Lights go off 18 hours later and exhaust stays on for another 30 minutes then goes off. I have 3 small oscillating fans in the tent to keep air moving. The passive intake vents are permanently open now and my webcam inside the tent goes to a black out with the lights off....night mode doesn't even pick up enough light to work. Changed out the water and made sure everything looked good. I'm packing up and getting ready to head out to the beach. Taking my laptop this time. Should be able to get some pics for the competition too. Hoping to find a "dangerous curves ahead" sign. But I haven't seen one of those in a long time. Need to get to the beach house and open it up so it airs out for this weekend. Catch y'all in a couple hours...unless there is a beach party in progress when I get there. ;)

Sounds like you got all your bases covered :) I know where there is one of those signs... but it's a long ways away from you, lol. Have fun at the beach.

I know what you mean bill, my family used to have reunions in Rosarito every August but we stopped about 4 years ago after all the bullshit that's been going on, hopefully one day we can go back and feel safe again. I'd like to buy property there some day, I was born in Mexico but a US Citizen so I'll need to get my dual citizen since you can't own property by the beach unless you're a national (unless you do those 30 year leases people do from the states)
