early stages of nutrient deficiency?

Hi RIU, i am seeing some discoloration in my fan leaves... i've been treating the plants with cal-mag but i am not sure what the problem is (or if there is any problems at all)

i am also having some pH fluctuations, pH drifts from 5.8 to 5.2 in about 2 days, dropped as low as 4.8 before, but i always use pH up to fix my pH issue. not sure what is causing the pH to drop but i've read that pH drops during flowering.

I am currently growing a california hash plant from Dinafem. The girl has been vegging for 5 weeks, i've LSTed her into a 2'x3'x 11" tall. very lush vegetation, just today i had to lollipop the undershoots because there was so many. I am estimating at least 12-15 colas will appear after stretch as many have not overcome the fan leaves.

currently, the plant is 4 days into flower... and about 40 days old from seed.

Setup:
2x4x6' grow tent
600w vented HPS
carbon filter & 6" inline fan
aeroponics/ nft w/ 14 gal reservoir

using GH lucas formula:
1 part flora micro 2 part flora bloom
also using following supplements during transition:
- liquid karma @ 5ml/ gal
- bud blood @ .5 tsb / gal (1 week only to mitigate stretching)
- cal mag @ 5 ml / ga;
- sillica blast @ 5ml/gal
- SM 90 @ 3ml / gal

also used these during veg:
- rapid start @ 3ml/gal
- superthrive @ 0.25ml/gal
- inoculated all my plants with great white during veg

planning on using Bloombastic after 4th week of flowering...

i try not to go over 1000 ppm. currently nutrient is @ 982 ppm @ 0.5 conversion, 5.7 pH. current reservoir temperature: 73.4 F. All the supplements i use brings my ROed water from 9ppm to about 300ppm. rest is lucas forumla using the add back equation.

foliar fed weekly with floranova bloom (1/4 strength), liquid karma, cal mag at half strength mixed with SM 90 as surfactant. pHed to 6.4 with RO water. 2-3 days after foilar feeding, i spray plants with pure pHed RO water to wash off any accumulated salts.

temperature: 74 F day 71 F night, RH 43% day 67% night

i have attached a picture with the lights off. as you can see at the left of the picture, a fan leaf is showing slight inter-venal discoloration. i am wondering if its natural or some type of deficiency such as magnesium (which is why i fed cal mag). would be great if anyone has any input on this since its been a year since i've last grown and i am somewhat rusty. Sweet thanks man. I thought it was Mg deficiency but idk how it could be possible since I feed cal mag to supplement the RO water. Do you know why my PH is constantly drifting lower and lower?

During My previous grows , my pH stayed relatively the same. Never had any fluctuations...but this grow, my pH keeps rising during vegging and drops during flowering so it's hard to provide the perfect pH. Plus all the pH up I am giving my plants is just wasted Salts that could have been food :/.

looks good, your over worried, if it bothers you rip the 2 leaves off.
Hahaha I tucked the fan leaves under the colas so it wouldn't be an eyesore.

I am curious as to what was impacting my pH and making my solution acidic enough to a point where I had to pH up every 1-2 days.

I ran the same nutrient lineup w/ RO water on a larger scale with more plants in the past. PH remained at 5.5 days after days. The only thing different I did back then was using air stones in the reservoir. However I've read that aeroponics systems do not require aeration so I stopped with the air pump. Do you think aerating your solution help stabilize pH?

it could be the specific ph up that you're using. years ago I was playing around with a dwc and the ph constantly rose. one day I ran out of ph down, got desperate and ran to homedepo and bought the only ph down they had which was for spas. it stabilized the ph for weeks until I was able to get to the hydro store. (at the expense of ppm). it taught me that all ph adjusters werent created equal.
