Easy but potent hydro strains

What are the easiest strains or type of strains to grow hydroponically? Or what strains adapt well to a hydroponic system or flourish better in hydro?

Northern Lights or Skunk 1, or any variation of the two. NL is awesome, so is Skunk. I had some selectively bred Pure NL from a friend's hydro setup he had about 3 years ago, and that was the best weed ive ever smoked, ever! but theres always room to find better weed.
