Ebb And Flow roots wrapping! Please help!

Hi all, hoping for some assistance here, I have grown in hydroponic systems like DWC and drip/Aeroponics systems but I have been using an ebb and flow system lately because of the efficiency and space I am working with.. that being said though I have had a couple successful harvest one thing remains the same, as they come closer to harvest the plants roots all tangle together (as I have 4 plants in a 4sq foot tray that begin in large foam blocks and then placed in pots with bottom slots), this is puzzling to me as in past systems the roots never shared a bucket to even make this an option. I am debating on wrapping the foam blocks in a mesh to keep the roots seated in the block (will be smaller autoflowers) but I don’t know how to approach this and if I am even thinking the right route. Has anyone ever had this problem and if so could provide a way I can fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you all!!

Dont worry about it. It doesnt hurt anything for the roots to get tangled up together.

If you have to harvest one earlier than the others, just leave a few leaves on the base of the plant and the roots wont die.
