im wondering what of the two to use for what stage.
I got one ebb&flood and one drip feed system, should i use ebb for budding and drip for veg or the other way around?

thanx :-)

Drip has a propensity to clog also achieving right drip amount is problematic.

F&D is simple, but you want an outboard rez. This makes checking pH/ppms, changing nutes much easier
.

If you have not gotten your parts, get a waterfall lp pump from aquarium dept and some extra tubing in case you need to raise or lower the table as your plants grow. Also an IGS- 011 timer is vg as you can quickly adjust o/o feed cycles. I run ~ 2 hours during lights on and 6 hours during lights off, making sure the plants get one last feeding a half hour before lights off. I prefer lava rock as it hold some nutes between feedings.

I use a high wall tote instead of a short side table. This helps simulate humidity similar to rain forest hth

i used a drip system for my hydro set up, yea its a pain to get it to drip right, but once ya do, your good, for the rest of the grow. i didnt have issues with clogging, but i also used a submerged water pump that was wrapped in some plastic screen material.
