Eggs everywhere!

So I went outside to check on my garden like I do every morning and since yesterday something has laid eggs all over my plants! Can anyone help me out identifying what might lay these little round eggs?

Moths might lay 'em. An they might turn in to budworms and eat your buds from the inside out around harvest

That would be really shitty. I just looked up moth eggs and they sure do look the same. Thanks for the fast response. Any idea how to get rid of them. There are probably 1000 of them so picking them off isn't an option. My plants are about 8-9 weeks into flower.

How tight are they attached? Can you try blasting water on them? Risky maybe, because you don't want to get rot/mold, but if they can dry out fast enough, water is the most benign method. Are they just on the leaves now, or the buds too?
