What's the point of your post? The OP asked a question and we are in here answering it. All you are doing is the same thing you do on every thread...flame out! I guess you are just so smart that you know his financial situation. You are a clown and wont be around RIU too much longer. You got faced by a MOD just 2 days ago for being a douche.

How do you know what he can afford or his situation? Are you psychic? Show me where the OP said that he can't afford it. Show me where the OP didn't specifically ask about generators or solar? That's what I thought. You're just here to troll.
because he can't afford $45/month in electricity. that tells me he cant afford a generator thats several hundred dollars plus the gas to run it. duuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

dude if your inside where do you vent the heat? they wont run but 12-15 doo=llars extra a month. nothing significant. i run plenty of lights 24hrs and its not that big a difference. my 600 runs 12-12 and it costs about27 dollars extra a month. still not significant.

Based on what the OP said and the national averag kW/h charge you are looking at about $180 per month just to run the lights. Add another 60% to that for the fans, cooling, etc.. and you've got about $285 a month. That is assuming you are paying the national average of around $0.16 and you aren't on a tiered system. If you have peak and off-peak hours you could probably save a little running at night.

I can afford to pay the electricity bill but I don't want to be suspicious, I don't wanna to go to jail

I know where he's coming from. I am on a meter now and the landlord has to come and empty so any big difference is obvious. Just setting up my new tiny 250w grow now!

Do it right and you may not have a problem with LE or neighbors. Cut down he size of your grow to maybe 2 plants and 1 light.
Just a suggestion

Honestly bud, if you are in the U.S. I really don't think you have anything to worry about. An extra $200-$300 a month on your electricity bill isn't going to raise any red flags. There are a TON of things that can be responsible for that type of load increase. It's up to you but if you are looking into off the grid methods and a simple NG/Propane 4-5kW generator would be my recommendation. I don't know too much about solar but the systems I've looked into would cost around $10-$15k to set something up to meet your needs if you count the batteries, cells, inverter, installation, etc... You could probably get the generator for around $1500 and you'd have to change propane tanks every 10-14 days so the cost of the tank would have to be factored into your monthly bills.

he has less than 2000 watts! what huge electric bill? that bump will be smaller than upgrading my internet connection
I ran a 600 watter last year for flowering, and used up like 10x the amount considered "normal use" by my electrical company...also i forgot to mention, if you're in the states, electricity is cheaper. Here in Europe, it costs a shit ton...a 2000 watt grow will probably get noticed around here...
