Electricity consumption front?

A crypto mining set-up would explain continuous high power consumption, hot thermal imaging and need for cooling ventilation. Anything with a server farm for that matter. Interesting concept.

Speaking of crypto mining; I had a bad year and half in my grow room. Got frustrated and almost converted it to crypto mining. If I could have purchased the machine at the time I would have. I’m back to doing what I love though.

6.6 megawatts a month is considerable....just under 80 megawatts a year...thats enough power for a small town.
Any request to supply that much electricity is going to come with a lot of red tape, permits and inspections from the utility company. They are going to want to see electrical plans that have been signed off on by an electrical engineer, etc.

Honestly, if you are coming on RIU for this type of advice you are no where near ready to take on a project like this. Its actually pretty foolish to even be posting about an illegal project this large on the internet.

Best answer.

Damn!

Am I going wrong in my calculations somewhere?

I plan on harvesting 100 sq feet (6x730watts) every month.

That's two flowering rooms that'll have around 3mw of electricity.
