Electricity ?

Wow , did not think I would get this much response back ,once again much respect , In the box I was planning on using there is a double 50 and also a double 70 fuse . They are ge push in type fuses , The bouble 70 has a couple of thick looking wires that are going to my main panel ( going to the meter ) and the double 50 has the wires coming from the grow room going into that fuse . I can turn the double 50 fuse off and it kills the power to the grow room . I can flip the double 70 off while the other fuse is in the on position and it does nothing ?It wont make the power to the house go off or the grow room ? So I am lost . Hope to get an electrician out here soom maybe he can figure this all out . Its not that I am running alot of power no bubblers anything like that , But I will also have a clone and veg room which I will only be running T5's and nute pumps .
