Evaporating Water Plan

I live in colorado so the water here stays around 100-300 ppm it's impressive! What I am going to do is get 2, 20 gallon totes and drill holes in the top sides, and pump air through the top so nothing can fall in. I am not sure of how long to run the pump in order to completely evaporate the chlorine. I know it's been posted before.

2-3 days to be safe, although chlorine keeps tanks clean and de-bugs
