It’s a cover crop mix of two different clovers and buckwheat. Its all no till soil it helps breakdown the old roots and helps with nutrients in the soil

I even add some to my soil before putting them in the big pots.

Yep its a good cover crop too chop into the soil for the nxt grow,, Thats how ya do it in that regenerative soil
