Examples of right wing media propaganda

I couldn’t find an appropriate thread to illuminate this disgraceful display of “journalism”. I’m sure many more examples, particularly from Faux News can be added.

Just days before issuing a mild on-air correction, Ingraham was touting the debunked story of homeless vets being displaced by “fraudulent asylees” to rail against immigration.

What's up Canadian bro, another typical Stanley Cup season,I knew it,only thing I can say is after B's went up 3-1,winning 2 in Fl.,Montgomery should have left lineup alone and told Bergy to rest up some more, and he'd play in gm.6 if Fl. won in Boston,Monty FKD up the B's MOJO inserting Bergy and Kreci and made the team slower, that gm5 turned the series IMO.FL. now up 2-0 on Car. played possum this yr. after their Pres. Cup fiasco last season and barely made playoffs as 8th seed then caught a wave, happens all the time in NHL,reg. season almost meaningless.

I don’t touch the fruit-themed news (it auto-opens an irritating app) but a search on terms led me to this:

Assuming it’s the one, the part that leaves me slack-jawed is the US Attorney trying to determine if laws were broken. You mean it’s legal to deliberately and fraudulently manipulate voter opinion!? No wonder Murdochs like it here smh

I saw this story yesterday, and ignored it, amid the 20 other stories that didn't even mention it...
Today, this story is there on the google news aggregate page as a stand alone item...
Tell me that's not cherry picking the shittiest story, when they have literally dozens of better written, more concise stories they could have picked, that didn't mention an apparently malfunctioning umbrella
https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-news/joe-biden-health-joe-biden-japan-video-joe-biden-seemingly-struggles-to-use-an-umbrella-amid-rain-in-japan-101684626770196.html

And it's horseshit, he didn't struggle for one second, he was being polite and greeting the people who came to see him...gawddamn, if the man doesn't bounce around like a 12 year old who missed his ritalin, they claim he's about to lay down in the grave.

They can't make up their minds, if he's feeble senile old Joe, or the evil genius dark Brandon, the two are mutually exclusive. Perhaps he is a bit of both though, all sweetness and nice like Gandhi by day and secretly fucking the republicans and Trump over by night. He sure is giving Vlad a pretty good screwing!

The timing of Trump's trouble so far is giving him enough time to fuck over the GOP for 24 before putting him in a cage. Of course, Joe never spoke a word to Garland about it, but something made Garland go slow over J6. As for the MAL documents, nobody figured Trump would that fucking stupid to leave himself so wide open and make it so ridiculously easy to quickly put away forever. Alas, Jack will have to act too early IMO, even if he caught on to Garland's plan (timetable), I don't think he can delay indicting Donald much longer and when he does, the timing is up to the judge and so will the call to grant Donald bail. If Jack doesn't strenuously oppose bail, you will know for sure they want him running around loose.

What do I base this supposition on? The case Cohen did time for that the DOJ let the clock run out on, and the obstruction of justice indictments mentioned in the Muller report that Garland seems to have forgotten. Also, the J6 committee got out way ahead of Garland, who never even started an investigation until they finished theirs, content to start at the bottom and slowly work his way up the food chain. He gave Donald's ass to Jack after the election of 22 when he knew where the stood with congress, a slim republican majority in the house and a democratic senate that would have his back.

More than a week after CNN’s disastrous town hall with former President Donald Trump, the negative impact the fiasco had on the network’s ratings is coming into clearer focus. Last week, the cable news pioneer suffered its lowest-rated week since June 2015, averaging just 429,000 total daily viewers from Monday-Friday. CNN was also down double digits compared to the same week last year in both total viewership and in the key advertising demographic of viewers ages 25-54. MSNBC more than doubled CNN’s daily audience, drawing 976,000 total viewers, while Fox News averaged 1.4 million. Fox News was down 41 percent in the key demo year-to-year and 24 percent in total viewers, having seen its ratings plummet as angry right-wingers flee after Tucker Carlson’s shock firing. In fact, Fox’s post-Tucker weekday demo audience is the lowest its been since the first week of September 2001. Ratings data shows that primetime is where both Fox and CNN are suffering the most. Since the town hall, CNN has seen several of its weeknight hours—including Anderson Cooper—fall behind Newsmax, the fringe-right channel that has surged since Carlson’s ouster. And on Friday night, the channel’s much-hyped interview show hosted by Chris Wallace averaged only 224,000 total viewers at 10 p.m., drawing 60,000 fewer viewers than Newsmax’s offering. While Fox News still led in both total and demo viewership in weeknight primetime last week, the conservative cable giant’s overall audience was down 38 percent and the demo viewership dropped an eye-popping 60 percent. MSNBC, on the other hand, saw its demo audience shoot up 44 percent.

Tucks realizes he can never be president, his ONLY talent is belittling those better than him...
https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4016391-draft-tucker-pac-ceases-activities-after-legal-threat-from-carlson/

I have no idea who is behind this misguided, ignorant attempt to put another cancerous growth in the white house.
It could be misguided fools wasting time and money, or it could have been a republican group trying to influence not only the system, but the media that reports on that system.
How would a new suit against fox or oan or w/e go with a fucking lunatic like tucks in office? How long till putin was attending state dinners and we were giving aid to russia?

fucker carlson is a blowfly feeding on bloated corpses...i've never come across a more entitled, arrogant, ignorant, hatefilled person, with less reason to be that way. So his mom left when he was young, that happens to THOUSANDS of kids yearly, and none of them use it as an excuse to lie to the stupidest, most gullible people in our population for their personal gain...none of them tell hate filled lies, for no better purpose than to make more people hate each other in an already volatile society...

And...darn, an apology of sorts from fox, i was hoping for another lawsuit that would bankrupt murdoch...

Matt Yglesias’ write-up of the study for Bloomberg has a lot of the top highlights:

Switchers were five percentage points more likely to believe that people suffer from long Covid, for example, and six points more likely to believe that many foreign countries did a better job than the U.S. of controlling the virus. They were seven points more likely to support voting by mail. And they were 10 points less likely to believe that supporters of then-candidate Joe Biden were happy when police officers get shot, 11 points less likely to say it’s more important for the president to focus on containing violent protesters than on the coronavirus, and 13 points less likely to agree that if Biden were elected, “we’ll see many more police get shot by Black Lives Matter activists.”
Part of what’s interesting about the study is that it captured not just the difference between CNN’s and Fox News’ ideological outlooks, but also their differing commitments to sharing certain facts. Most notably, CNN was more likely to offer factual information that reflected more poorly on Donald Trump — and the Fox viewers who switched realized this: Participants who switched were less likely to agree that “if Donald Trump did something bad, Fox News would discuss it.”

Has any legitimate news outlet shown Trump in front of a Russian flag? Her real problem is she is a threat to Rupert's tax bill and would vote to regulate foxnews. This is straight up propaganda to abuse the weak minded and emotionally unstable with spin and lies, the network is a propaganda organ of the republican party. If the democrats win in 24, they will need to hold hearings on foxnews and others to come up with new laws and regulations for cable TV, radio and social media.
