Now what? Does the perceived value increase because the damage it is part of the artist's intions from the"Banksy painting 'self-destructs' moments after being sold for $1.4 million at auction"

start, therefore not in fact damage, or does it loose value because it is not the artifact originally purchased and
is indeed damaged goods?. Can the artist be sued for selling under false pretense?
Is it insured? Does the insurance company have to pay off if the perceived value goes up because of the artist's
hidden original designs? Does the buyer get to keep the "remains" after the insurance claim is paid off?
