Well yeah if you go light with it, do you have the super plant tonic right now?

How old are your seedlings? What medium are you using? A light application of Super Plant Tonic is probably OK regardless of age, but if your seedlings are still under 3 weeks old or are in a medium with nutrients already present, I'd wait on adding grow it green or any foliar harmony.
