At a minimum you are blowing 4x as much air as needed out of your home. If you are heating or cooling that air you just horribly cost yourself on efficiency. I haven't seen a side by side on plants in low pressure vs natural pressure, but at least in extreme cases we know this has negative effects on the plants.If you say so... but it's been working pretty well for me.
Exchanging air every two minutes is enough to ensure the heat of your lights can't build up at all. If you don't have heat issues you should actually lower that speed down even more.
