pfft sorry im a shithead... the plant is 3 days old, it already sprouted out of the clay. its only a few centimeters tall. my phone broke so i kinda wont be able to post a pic. its in a small clay pot filled in clay rocks. i placed the germ seed in rockwool that has been soaked in ph water. i spray the center of the pot (where the rockwool would be) 3 good times and then i spray around the edges a few times as well. i do this about 3 times a day.

Time to mix up some nutes about half strength and start watering topfeed style.

I love growing in hydroton, and it's the best for topfeed because it aerates the water as it runs thru the rocks and you can't overwater it. Ever.

Check your caps key, I think it's stuck on...

I use dry nutrients as well, I used Jacks for years. Just mix a half strength batch of nutes and use that until the plants get more established. Then increase to 2/3 strength and finally full strength once the plant is growing vigorously.

Don't spray nutes on the plants, this discourages root growth. Just pour the water on the rocks.

right right thats "feeding nutes 101" right there. i know better than that, ill pour rather than spray to avoid the air flow from dragging the mist. ill drop about 1.5 ml of jacks into a one gallon jug probably until i transplant into dwc, then switch it up to half strength and so on.
