Explain The Fox Farm Schedule To a Noob Please?

I am looking at it but i don't understand.
Am i supposed to use some of the fertilizers at the same time?

That's the second one i posted.
I have the trio, BTW i think i have it understood now
But now my problem is where am i in my cycle. I'm about 25 days in but it's lowryder#2
so it doesn't have the same life cycle as normal plants
